These times are hard and out of our control. We don't know how much longer things will be different, or if they will ever be the same. What we do know is during unprecedented times like this, all we can control is our own peace and mental real estate. One way to do that is to find & focus on the Joy.
First of all, if we are still healthy this is joyous! Maybe more time with children and family, finding pleasure in simpler things like a movie night or a good joke together. The joy of taking a ride in the car after days inside! This is why dogs like it so much, lol.
It's ok to have all the emotions you have, including anger and frustration. But you can't live in those emotions too long without causing damage. What is currently bringing you JOY? Reply to this e-mail and tell us or just make a list for yourself. We all need this right now.
