A staff member will reach out within 24 hours of your purchase and make sure you are scheduling correctly. We recommend you take at least 8 Beginner Foundation classes before moving on to access all of our class options. You need ZERO experience to start, no fitness level or dance background. Our poles are permanent and rated for upwards of 350lb loads.
