Our Signature Beginner Week Courses are great if you can attend once a week for 4 consecutive weeks. We build on material weekly in the courses with the same students and instructor. Check the first week of the month to schedule your Beginner 4 Week Course.

 

Need more flexible scheduling or want to start right away? Check out our Beginner friendly "drop in" classes using the 3/$69 new client special or single classes for $35/ea.

 

We do not "share" poles in these listings with the exception being our "Newbie Nights" for only $25.
