​1. Joining a 4 Week Beginner Course (Enrollments) with other new clients- classes meet once a week for one hour and include one drop in class to use as a makeup or bonus class. This is where you learn your Foundations of our program, safety, alignment, strength & more starting with the very basics. New clients will take the Beginner Course 2 or more times to get exposed to the main foundations. $159 Investment for 4 Class meetings + 1 Bonus Class (5 total).

2. Joining Beginner "Drop In" classes meaning you can pick different days/times for scheduling flexibility. If you are brand new, stay in Beginner or Intro class titles. If you are *not* new or visiting, the Drop In classes will serve you best. Investment: $35 for a single class or New Clients 3/$69 special.
