OUR Locations
Classes are by appointment only, no walk ins please due to class size restrictions and sign up procedures.

We primarily teach Women, but have made exceptions for those serious about learning (please call us to discuss). We will never ask you to confirm your sex or gender and our sign up system does allow clients to choose non-binary, they/them options. You are also welcome to reach out to us separately to make sure the information is correct for your best class experience.
