At Impulse Studios, we have dedicated 15 years to empower individuals through pole dance & similar sensual movement practices. We teach weekly committed, course style or casual classes as well as host private events for special occasions. Join us in celebrating movement, confidence, and empowerment. There is absolutely no experience needed to start with us as we are VERY Beginner friendly. So come as you are, you are worthy of this journey, today!

Our Locations
Our warm & welcoming studio spaces offer small class sizes of 2-9 students (no pole sharing) using the safest equipment and installation. Our poles have no weight limit and you do not need to be "fit" to start. We will meet you where you are at and support you every step (and spin) of your pole dance journey!
